21st Century's SKILLS GAP

The World Economic Forum highlights that 65% of today’s students will eventually work in jobs that don’t yet exist, underscoring the urgent need to address the growing skills gap. Our Entrepreneurial Thinking Program bridges this gap by equipping students with essential future-ready skills—critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability—empowering them to thrive in an unpredictable and dynamic workforce.

Thinker to Builder

An entrepreneur’s journey involves navigating multiple processes, overcoming challenges, and adapting to constant ups and downs. This transformative experience shapes them from merely being a thinker into a resilient builder, capable of turning ideas into impactful realities.

Arts + Science + Commerce Integration

An education system merging Arts, Science, and Commerce fosters interdisciplinary thinking, enabling students to tackle real-world challenges holistically. It nurtures innovation, adaptability, and creativity by blending diverse perspectives, essential for thriving in dynamic careers. This approach equips students with future-ready skills, preparing them to excel in a competitive global landscape.

Holistic Continuous Learner

Entrepreneurship fosters a mindset of curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving, encouraging children to see challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. By embracing continuous innovation, teamwork, and adaptability, it nurtures lifelong learners who develop critical thinking and resilience. This holistic approach prepares children to thrive in dynamic environments and make meaningful contributions to society.

MetaCognition

Metacognition—the ability to think about one’s thinking—is vital in entrepreneurship as it enhances self-awareness, decision-making, and adaptability. Entrepreneurs with strong metacognitive skills can evaluate their thought processes, learn from failures, and refine strategies. This fosters innovation, resilience, and the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively.

Digital Literacy

Digital literacy is essential in the 21st century as it empowers individuals to navigate, analyze, and create information using technology. It is critical for participating in the modern workforce, where technology drives communication, problem-solving, and innovation. Digital literacy also promotes critical thinking, security awareness, and informed decision-making, helping individuals thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Collaboratove Learning

Collaborative learning fosters a deeper understanding of concepts by encouraging diverse perspectives and teamwork. It enhances critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills, as students learn to work together, share ideas, and address challenges collectively. This approach prepares students for real-world environments, where collaboration is key to innovation and success, fostering a more engaging and supportive learning experience.

____________________ Transformational Process

  • Following Bloom's Taxonomy, the transformation of content will progress from Lower Order Thinking Skills to Higher Order Thinking Skills.

BASICS

In this phase, students develop a growth mindset, learn self-introspection, and identify real-world problems through structured activities like brainstorming and SWOT analysis. They transform into critical thinkers who see challenges as opportunities, building a foundation for innovative thinking.

ANALYTICAL

Students dive into hands-on learning by validating ideas, creating Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and building business models. Through market research, teamwork, and prototyping, they develop practical skills to design solutions that address real-world needs effectively.

SOLVING

The final phase focuses on problem-solving, pitching ideas, and scaling solutions. Students refine their solutions through feedback, learn to confidently present their ideas, and measure the social or economic impact, transforming into leaders and change-makers prepared for real-world challenges.
